New textured sheets always need cleaning with dish soap and abbressive dish spongs side
Hi all,
don't know if this is the right place to mention this, the search and google only gave back relatively old posts.
For my past 2x Mk4 and my Prusa XL I had to thoroughly scrub the textured steel sheets with dish soap and the green side of a dish sponge.
Otherwise adhesion was extremely bad with all materials.
I think this needs to be added to the assembly manuals and or to the packaging of the steel sheets themselves.
For people without experience this can lead to a very frustrating start in 3d printing and high support demand for prusa.
I hope this helps a few others to avoid my issues.
