New preset in pre-heat menu?
Would it be possible to add a sausage-mode in the preheat menu?
My suggestion would be to turn the print head off, 110 degrees for the plate and an automatic turn off function for safety set for one hour 🙄
Perhaps a little beep every 10 minutes to indicate when it's sausage-turning-time...? 😀

They have feature like this in Master-chef upgrade, I am not sure how many degrees it heats the bed to, it is supposed to heat pizza, cook sausages and keep coffee warm.
