Some how your image link got messed up. Try adding it again with the Add Media button and selecting the picture that you already uploaded to your Media Library.

See my (limited) designs on:

RE: moving printbed

With so little information available, the temptation is to say Of course the print bed moves. That is the Y axis.

It would help if you identify what your printer is, new printer or old, and if a kit.

Also what kind of print bed are you using.

I think that is the PEI plate which is maintain with magnets. How it is build (mounted) ?   if you move the plate with fingers or if you remove it is hard (tigh) or easy to pop up  ?

RE: moving printbed

thank you folks for reading and trying to help me.

I am an absolute rookie in 3D printing and better should read the instruction manual as recommended.

My design included parts without any support and therefore the printer tried to print into the air.

So a lot of filament made a wad and the nozzle could pull the printbed across the magnetic surface.

Everything is fine now after I inserted some support for the protruding bars.

All the best to you, success and much fun, Jürgen
