MMU2S Loading problems.

I just upgraded my Prusa i3 MK3S with MMU2S. But I have big problems loading filament with it.

When I do a "Load All" everything seems to go OK, and when I choose the filament to print with I got loading errors, no filament is loading. Sometimes it loads the filament, then unloads and I got loading error. Sometimes everything goes well, but when I try to do a dual-color print the print starts, everything goes well until mid print. The filament selector goes to filament 1 and feeds filament 2 about 15cm out from MMU with the selector in wrong position. Other times I just get a loading error, no filament is loaded and the Idler body is in wrong position.

I have the newest firmware for the printer 3.8.0 and for the MMU2S v1.0.6.

RE: MMU2S Loading problems.

welcome to the family of mmu2s owners 🙁

i have gotten my mmu2s for 4 month allready tried everything nothing helped to get my mmu2s to work properly and if i ask prusa they only say have you installed it properly and have you put it together as it should , well looked into this serveral times but the problem is in the software of the mmu2s becoz if i remove my mmu2s (its in the drawer eating dust now) my mk3s prints awesome when i put the mmu2s on my printer then all kind off problems rise, not printing to the surface, not sticking enough, filament is getting stuck or not transported as it should, with the newest 1.0.6 firmware the problems only getting worse instead prusateam fixes the layout/printable parts instead improving the firmware and keep selling the mmu2s when it not even working as it should at alot peeps.

even with the new mk3s upgrade for mmu2s with that sensor is giving problems with old mk3 without s upgrade i had no filament problems, had to print a new part ( some dude designed it ) now the problems are gone with the mk3s, only probs now when i put mmu2s on the board again.

350euro for a dust eating mmu2s is alot i better could have spend that money on filament or a 2nd printer instead on this mmu:(
