MMU2s feeding problems
Hello I have recently upgraded my prusa MK3 to add the MMU2s attachment. I followed all the steps carefully and researched the topic but have not found similar problems to mine. The motor that is supposed to guide the filament into the nozzle rotates the wrong direction when I load the filament to the nozzle. I tried to see if it was a wiring thing and unplugged the MMU from the printer and checked with the online manual and it was in the right place. However now when I turn the printer back on there is no selection to load to the nozzle. It's like the mmu2 software is not installed in the printer anymore. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Things to try:
Make sure MMU2 wiring is securely and correctly plugged in at both ends. If you are not seeing load to nozzle option in LCD it means the printer is unable to communicate with the MMU2.
Try re-flashing the MMU2 firmware.
Are there any lights illuminated or flashing on the MMU2?

I had the wiring that connects the mmu2 to the printer one pin off so I put it in the right place and it is now back however my motor is still trying to load filament in the rock direction
