RE: Mk4 build

I have upgraded to Mk3.9 using the Mk3 Frame.
the Mk4, frame has all the same bolt holes as the Mk3 frame, so you don't actually need to upgrade... to upgrade to Mk4 functionality  on the cheap!

RE: Mk4 build

To add a little more context to what Joan said, the MK4 and MK4S frame is functionally identical to the new cast frame that Prusa transitioned to (for, I assume, cost savings).  I started with a Mark 3S a little over 5 years ago and upgraded to the Mk4, and then the Mk4S using the same basic structure for the printer (didn't leave that frame behind until the Core One upgrade 🙂 ).  The upgrade kit includes all of the parts necessary for the conversion so if new frame parts were required the kit would include them as well.

Regards,

Steve
