Mini vs. I3 (specific need)
Could use some advice on what printer we can/should standardize on for our business. We print mouthpieces and need consistent quality. We have some Ender V2's. We like the quality of the Mini, but when we print the taller pieces, we get some breakage in quality as the piece is taller. We are thinking the i3 may be more stable and be able to keep the quality at higher print heights. Price is less of a problem. What is important to us is not having to reprint things.
On another note, down the road we would like to consider multi color printing. How practical is this for a mouthpiece? In other words could we practically print multi-color practically. I really wish the Prusa line had a second hot-end, but it doesn't sound like that is something that is on the radar at this point.
Lastly, is there a printer that is coming that could help us with the above. Welcome any and all feedback on this. If someone from Prusa wants to contact us to talk, we would of course love that as well. We really do want to standardize on one printer at some point. We have too many orders and not enough production 🙂

Without more details it is hard to give advice.
i would venture a guess that any printer with a stationary bed with a ridgid frame will give the best quality over height as the print never moves around.
If you need to standardice printing farm, with premium support etc a bump to industrialgrade printers may be the way to go.

The rumored Prusa CoreXY will have tool changing, no idea when it will arrive though or what the price will be.

To standardize business I recommend I3. We have in company I2,5, I3, new Mini already half year running, 2 months SL1. If new one will be needed, it will be I3 or I4. No experience with multicolor. Yes, 2 hotends would be welcome. For really tall precise prints probably delta would be best - not moving bed.
