Issues with imports to Mexico
Hi I just got notified by DHL that imports to Mexico are no longer viable as a common person, they ask to stablish a an import company , before 2025 it was something DHL could make and just charge for their service, I hope Prusa can help me to solve this or at least get the printer back to them 🙁
Also hope this helps other people in Mexico who wanted to buy directly from Prusa
Contact Prusa support by chat and let them know about it - that way they can update shipping advice and offer different couriers for your part of the world.

Thank you Diem , I did in fact many times but they haven't reached, I keep getting mails from DHL asking for permission to send back the kit to prusa , so I guess they haven't got in touch with DHL either.

Yes, even told me to stop sending messages by chat but dhl keeps sending me mails asking if they can return the kit to prusa , so I can see prusa haven't got inncontact with DHL.

It's a nightmare, on 2019 my experience buying a mk3s was the best 👌 but this time It's terrible, DHL won't import the upgrade kit but two weeks ago imported the full mk4s, I hag to paid a lot since they got first the filament roll and later the printer but they gave it to me , this time the solution is not viable, I can't change my tax status to a company since I am not a company and could never afford that change because it means to pay taxes in a different way. Apparently there are two solutions one is to send it back and ask for a refund and forget about it and the other is to get it sent to USA and get a broker to bring it here but since I am not the sender can't make anything even get an answer from prusa
