Issue when editing 'My Profile' in the prusaprinters.org > World section
Greetings! I'm a new user here (first post) and looking forward to the arrival of my MK3S+ kit tomorrow.
While setting up my account profile on prusaprinters.org I found a small problem. When I select 'My Profile' from the user menu in the World section, and then click the link to edit my profile, I found that I am unable to select any printer in the '3D printers you own section:' - clicking on any of the listed printers does nothing.
I'm using Safari on the latest macOS but I get the same behaviour in Chrome. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions or explanations welcome.
This is a user forum: yes, we've all gone through the various sign-on procedures but most of us did so a long time ago - with more or less difficulty but we've all done it only once so there's not a lot of collective expertise in this particular area.
Your best plan for help, and to make Prusa aware of any issues with the current version of the web interface is to contact Prusa Support.
For support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to support and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.

Thanks for that. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing blindingly obvious that I had overlooked. Prusa Support was anyway going to be my next port of call - so your advice on where to find the Live Chat has saved me some time.

[Update] I just tried editing the profile again a few minutes after my last post (just missed the 5 minute EDIT 'window') and it is now working as it should. Clearly some gremlins at work last night. Hey ho!
