inacceptable shipping times

Hi guys,

I really love your printers and I enhanced my MK2-kit with literally every single upgrade you released, so MK2 -> MK2 MMU -> MK2S MMU -> MK3 -> MK3 MMU 2.0 (still on backorder).

I am fine with lead times on preordered kits and upgrades. I can also accept that you keep postponing shipping for upgrades like the MMU 2.0 if this leads to a higher quality or a better product.

However, currently you seem to have huge shipping problems even for small replacement parts and orders of in stock items. After I finished assembling my MK 3 kit, together with support I realized a broken filament sensor and I was promised that a replacement would be shipped within 2 days.

This was more than 4 weeks ago now. Since I had to tear down the MK2S or the upgrade, this means I'm not able to print for a month now! To be very clear here, the whole time over the filament sensor was listed in stock.

I already chatted on this several times with support agents and they always promised me that it would ship asap.

Being impatient, I even ordered a filament sensor and paid for it, along with some other spare parts. I hoped that at least the paid order would be shipped relatively soon, as all items were in stock.
But this was also 2 weeks ago now but the order status still says "payment accepted" and not "shipped"!

To me, this looks like you're growing way too fast and thus cannot handle the amount of customer requests you get.

I do not care about changed shipping patterns or anything else. I care about deliveries.

So, please get the problem solved immediately and enable me to print again!
