Import / Use the Azurefilm profiles
Hello,
Can anyone tell me how I can use the profiles provided by Azurefilm?

Or does anyone have optimal settings for Azurefilm's PLA Matte HS White?

First try the generic PLA preset provided by Prusa - it works most of the time.
If it doesn't, refer to the manufacturer's data-sheets - from the page you linked:
Druckempfehlungen Für beste Ergebnisse bei 205–255°C* drucken.
Sie benötigen keine beheizte Druckplatte, wir empfehlen jedoch, Ihre Druckplatte auf 50–60°C vorzuheizen.
Verwenden Sie ein Glasbett, eine PEI-Folie, Kapton oder Blaues Klebeband für die Bauplattform mit 3Dlac-Spray.
The print-sheet suggestions are perhaps a little out-of-date but edit the suggested temperatures into the Generic Preset and try them.

Eventually you save your own preset tailored to your particular requirements.
