I think my published model page is broken.

I was editing my Published model and the landing page now does no longer display the pictures and some of the links are broken like my avatar dropdown list and the bell icon.

If I click on any other tab the project pictures return. Its strange. I have tried multiple browsers and logging out and it still doesn't work right.

Does anyone know how to fix this or know what's going wrong. Is this a known bug or something I have never seen this before. 😫

Can someone check the link and tell me if it's the same problem for them.

Hi Johnny,

I don't know what I am supposed to see, but I see a lot of text, loads of pictures and loads of links...
I am in England

Yes that's right, that's the Details area. But the main project pictures are not showing up unless you click on another tab. Its strange.

I don't use printables much, hopefully someone else will have an idea how to deal with this.

Its weird there is that red bar going across the top like the page is trying to do something. The same red bar when you edit and save changes.

RE: I think my published model page is broken.

I myself am also experiencing problems with the Printables site.

Sometimes it takes a very long time for the site to load.

When surfing the Printables site, images are not loaded, and the 3D viewer no longer works as before.

Also here the orange stl examples are not shown.

The server regularly crashes and then gives the following message.

It's a pity that the Printables site doesn't work properly anymore, I like to look around and download objects and then print them.

It fixed itself or someone fixed it. It's working now.

I see you have used different browsers to solve the problem but stil, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Also, have you tried refreshing with shift f5?

Thank you,

I have cleared the Firefox cache but still having the problem.

With the Shift-F5 option open I get to see the following lines.

Some cookies abuse the recommended "SameSite" attribute 24

This website appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/performance/scroll-linked_effects.html for further details and contributing to the discussion of related tools and features!

And,

Storage access automatically granted for isolation of direct cookie 'https://account.prusa3d.com' on 'https://www.printables.com'.

Wouldn't know what to do with this information.

The web designer can probably do more with it.
