How to manage / insert / delete images and uploads
Pretty basic, but I'm always frustrated attempting to insert an image, or a zipped 3mf, in a post. Is there a tutorial someplace?
In my latest attempt:
I inserted an image using the Add Media button, and it showed up in the composition window. But it didn't show up in the post.
I inserted a zip using the Attach file: Browse, but the zip was bad, so I wanted to delete it. It wasn't obvious how to do that.
I still can't figure out how to delete the bad zip, or even manage the collection of uploaded stuff. I ended up uploading a corrected version again using the same name, but it had "-1" added to the name so now there are two. But the displayed name in the post didn't include the "-1", although that is what it linked to.
I don't think there is a way to delete an image from the media gallery, at least I've never found one.

there is a very short window of opportunity for you to modify your post, (this has been invoked by the site administrators to try and reduce spam.
unfortunately it disadvantages other users.
If you report the post that you want deleting (with a short message saying that you made an error and would like the post deleted,), one of the moderators will delete it for you!

The post didn't need deleting; I just had to post an empty msg with the appropriate attachment/image. It's a bad/superfluous zip upload I wanted to delete.
Can't prune gallery

Unfortunately, you can't prune the gallery. I hate to think of some of the big fat full resolution images I uploaded early on that are eating up disk space.
