How to get support for sales questions (no tech support) ?
Hello,
to begin with, I am a satisfied Prusa customer from Germany...
Last year on Black Friday I ordered a MK4S kit and was told to get some special Black Friday add-on offers. I asked technical support a few weeks ago how to get those offers now, but they could not help me ( I was not really satisfied with the answers, but I will not get into details here).
Maybe technical support is not the correct address for my question... so, what can I do to speak/mail with someone from your stuff to talk about sales questions or explain to me why I did not get what I think I bought (maybe there was a misunderstanding) ?

Black Friday Offers are usually advertised during the Black Friday period every year, they are time bound, and are not currently available.
this is a primarily user to user forum,
Prusa employs rarely visit unless advertising firmware / hardware updates, competitions or new products
For sales. email may be the best option.

but this is the problem: email to which adress ? I cannot find another adress than technical support, and I still think I should get what I already paid for (and I waited so long, because I knew that the offer was not ready for delivery when I bought it) ....

I just checked it, that was the adress I used. Seems to be the only known email adress...
But, sorry, I thought this forum is moderated by Prusa, and someone from their staff would read the messages. So may be I should not annoy you with my problem !
