how many many machine hours?
I looked at the hours on my MK2 this evening and found 123 days and 19 hours. 143 km filament thru it.
Does 3115 hours on a MK2 seem reasonable?
I have changed nozzles, bearings and belts in the past, I also replaced the PEI on the bed once, but in general it has been very low maintenance. I do quite a bit of printing for my employer and just convinced them to order a MK3 for the shop so mine will get less of a workout. I may go thru it to refresh it although it is still doing a good job.

I wonder how many hours machines in a print farm get? Do they ever really wear out or just need new parts?

I suppose the Prusa designs are almost infinitely repairable depending on how much effort you are willing to put in. I suspect I am more likely to obsolete my MK3 than wear it out.

I have 8 and I do nto think they have that mileage on a single one. Two of them no longer update stats though. The oldest has 308 days and counting.

Do not believe everything you see on the internet. A little math: 42 790 616 meters is almost 43 thousand kilometers (it´s more than equator lenght). Its print speed is 1,38 meters per second and that means a new spool every 5 minutes. It also means a more than 1 kW for hotend.

It's not a very useful measure. I'm pretty sure that's millimeters, so div by 1000 and I think it's mm extruded rather than consumed. Anybody know how it's calculated?
Even the print time is somewhat approximate - in the early days it didn't take account of speed variations (Icbw) but one of the updates fixed it so these days it's not far off.

Unit is meter (m), milimeter is mm and I am pretty sure that it is consumed filament. The photo is a joke:)
