Can't seem to find live chat support. Does it exist anymore ?

I haven't had to use it, but I have noticed that it appears to be totally missing on the page where it's supposed to be, at least with my browser (Firefox on Linux).

It only becomes available when you login to your account as far as I remember.

Go to https://shop.prusa3d.com and the chat will pop-up at the bottom of the screen. The chat does work with Firefox and the other three browsers that I have have.

As others have noted, you have to be logged in on the online store using the credentials you used to purchase the printer. Adblockers, including pihole, can break the chat function.

The chat does not work for me with Firefox either (no adblocker or similar). With chrome everything runs fine. I can live with it, because I use the chat extremely rarely.

the Chat box takes a short while to appear after the page finishes loading,
I missed it a load of times, before I realised what was happening... I was in such a hurry to find the link, I looked at the page, didn't see it and clicked on the next link, before the chat box had appeared...
