Help with articulating slug

I've been trying to print the articulating slug for about a week now at 200%. I used to be able to do it no problems but now it keeps breaking off the bed or having layer shifts.

I've checked and tightened my belts  I have the silicone mod on the bed and the bed appears to be level.  My first layer is just where it starts actually scraping the pla up and backed off a little bit.  Any tips cuz it's driving me crazy.  I used to be able to print it without a brim no problem and I really don't want to use a brim if possible I just don't understand why all of a sudden it's not working.

Printing in pla with generic pla profile from prusa slicer 2.4

The only modification I've done is slow the first layer speed down

Have you thoroughly cleaned your print-sheet?

RE:

OK, redo your first layer Z calibration and show us the result; even if it was good a bit of nozzle wear can throw it out.

Ok I will post a picture tonight...what do you mean by nozzle wear?  Like the nozzle is bad or it's scratching nthe first layer?

Nozzles wear with use; with ordinary filament you should get a year or more of use but it will wear back and you must recalibrate from time to time.  If you are using abrasive filament a soft nozzle may be destroyed in an afternoon.
