Help - Order not showing on account?

I ordered a Prusa Mini in October and paid and have an invoice and reference number but nothing is showing in my shop account.  The order isn't there and none of my address or profile information is there.  Isn't the order supposed to show on the order history page?  I emailed the Prusa support "info" email address yesterday and haven't heard back yet.

Also - when I log into the forum - it defaults to an old account instead of the new account that I set up when I ordered the Mini through the shop site.  What is going on and how can I get the forum to default to my new information?

Would you kindly direct me to where this chat is?  I only see an email form in the contact us section for the shop and didn't see a link around the forum (?)

but it takes about 5 seconds to appear!

so you have probably looked and moved on  before the chat box appeared in the bottom right hand corner...
