Hello, like my new MK4, yes waiting mmu3! some suggestions listed
So after purchasing my mk4. been working great with latest slicer 2.7.1. I really have no complaints there. As a kit i assembled straight forward there.
now some suggestions, really about website.
- could be organised better. especially when it comes to community page. yes here.
-shipping info also takes some deciphering.
- when i switch between pages on here i am always getting logged out.
- between order pages and community pages as well
also on this page would be nice to be able to sort topics by updates and whats new replies.
thank you enjoy your printing.

6 months ago I was told they were working the logout, staying logged in issue. So it all acts as 1 web source vs. 3. Still waiting.

Well, with all the issues around the firmware we're seeing lately, I assume that every person who can code, test or brew coffee for coders is being assigned to that area. It would make sense as the actual product is probably more important than the bonus material, i.e. the web site.

Yes. Not a high importance. As being new just sharing my thoughts

True. Getting products proper is priority. I definitely like the mk4. Of course only comparing it to ender 4.

It's interesting to me that Prusa was willing to take credit for incorporating innovations from the community to produce the MMU3, but are withholding the MMU3 parts need for the MK4 from that same community while they dink with the process. Some of us use (or I should say used) the MMU frequently and were unaware when purchasing the MMU3 upgrade and the MK4 upgrade together that we wouldn't get the data cable for the MK4 buddy board. I for one would appreciate the opportunity to produce my own workarounds, but alas I'm not give that chance. I suppose, I could make own data cable and extruder parts, but would have to gain access to the connector pinout.
The blog article from late October made it sound like the problems were mostly related to filament changes and for many of us that struggled with the MMU2 for years and managed to overcome it's problems, having a unit that worked sometimes is better than not having a unit at all.
I guess I'm just venting, but it seems like I'm in good company.

Yes. Can understand the mmu3 situation.
I just like the ease of colour switching so easy. Again. This only second printer.
For what I understand from latest blog. It is the switch to nextruder that threw a twist into the issues.
I can wait for those to sort out so I don’t have to deal with it.
true shipping them out for how there currently working may be good for some.
then send updates as needed.
patience is key.

I suppose they didn't want to risk the bad publicity of selling something that's not ready again.
