Gammamaster RepRap 0.4mm is not a full hardened alloy - it's copper coated with an alloy

I just wanted to share a small discovery I had today.

SliceEngineering GammaMaster® Nozzle RepRap 0.4mm apparently is a copper core coated with an alloy which gives it an improved hardness against abrasives and prevents from PETG to stick to it (well it sticks less to it than to the other nozzles :D).

I thought it was full alloy and thus I though it would be more resistant to some forces, similar to the hardened steel nozzles.

Overall I was very pleased how it worked, it printed beautifully for over a year with different filaments (PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA, glow-in-the-dark=abrasive).
Just make sure not to drop it with the orifice straight down to the hard surface such as concrete because it may end as if it ate a lemon 😀

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
