Now I had to realize (via another platform) that one person has published a new model, but I was not informed about it here on prusaprinters.

to avoid misunderstandings: also on prusaprinters the person has published the model 😉

On Feb 11, 2022, I stopped getting all such notifications from prusaprinters.org. I've contacted Prusa customer support who passed on my issue to the forum software gurus.  I wonder if your issue to is related to mine.   At any rate I would send Prusa customer support a request to look into your issue.

I've been browsing through the PrusaPrinters pages for 5 minutes now and haven't found a contact option or email address anywhere that doesn't explicitly involve a 3D printer.

Can someone please send me a link to Prusa customer support?

For support: Log into your Eshop account, navigate to Help and live chat is at bottom right in most browsers. If not you may need to disable your ad-blocker temporarily.

I contacted customer support from the main prusa3d.com page.   It took them about 5 days, but they got my problem fixed.  I haven't been able to find out what was wrong, but I have been getting the notifications consistently for about 2 weeks now.

Thanks for your answers! I have now used the contact form on prusa3d.com (LINK).

PS: I don't own a Prusa printer, so I don't have an Eshop account.

4 weeks have passed since I contacted prusa3d: the problem persists and I have not received any message from Prusa3D.

I apologize for the wait, I was alerted to this post. 

Unfortunately it is a weekend, and a long holiday weekend here so I will need some time to ask around and see what the case is. If possible, could you please DM me the designers name as well so we look into everything all at once? 

As soon as I have an update I will contact you. It should be around Tuesday / Wednesday.

We will be releasing a whole set of features tight to "following users" in the near future. 😉
You can use the "from authors I'm following" filter in the market to browse new models from your favorite designers. But there's currently no way to receive notifications about new models from designers you follow.

Hello, thank you for the filter... Oh, I didn't know that notifications are not possible. Okay, maybe you should think about that in the upcoming release 😉

RISPONDI: Follow a person, but no notification

There, you can set notifications for posts and comments in the settings menu. You can even choose whether or not you want to be notified when they post a status update. If you choose to receive notifications, that person will appear on your feed with a blue tick next to their name. The same goes for replies and likes—you'll also receive a notification when they respond or like something that you've posted.
