first design - MK3 is great but need to minimize octogon effect of round features
Did my first design and it was also the first try using PET.
I am reasonably pleased with it being functional but wondering where I can learn to reduce the octogon effect rather than a radius.
Also, I thought PET would too sticky so I put some glue on the plate before printing. It is obvious that it did not stick well enough.
Again, it is functional but needs to stick better. I am sure I can find some information on that but any suggestions for the above is greatly appreciated,

128 is a good number for having a smooth round without having too large a file.

For your first photo, the 0 is too high, decrease offset by 50/100µ, it will stick better on the plate
