Filament sensor not working support is horrendous
My MK4 kit arrived two weeks ago and I assembled it with very few issues UNTIL I got to the self test. Everything worked properly except the filament sensor. I contacted support and spent the better part of 2 hours disassembling and reassembling to make sure it was installed properly. I was told a new sensor would be shipped and that I could expect an e mail confirmation the next day. That was NINE (9) days ago and still no contact from Prusa. I contacted the thru chat again and was told the same think. Still NO SUPPORT. I would buy the sensor just to get the printer running but they don't sell them yet.
