Filament Load/Unload Options not available on paused prints?
I run a print farm and unfortunately, I have several printers running with non-working filament sensors. I just updated firmware on all of my machines and now when I pause the print it is not giving me the option to unload the filament. Am I missing something? Has it been moved? Surely the option hasn't been removed all together?
Any help or guidance someone could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have found the option under the "Tune" option, but even at that, the best I can tell, if you don't tell the nozzle to heat, it just starts to cool and you won't be able to load the filament. It just makes several more steps for something that used to be very simple. I hope they correct this even though I do not look forward to flashing new firmware on all of my machines again.
