FedEx Order stuck at CDG
What is the longest delay anyone has experienced with a package stuck at Cedex Fr. I recently purchased a Core One and after 2 weeks of awaiting for processing it finally shipped. Now I am on 7 days with the package stuck in the same place for a total of 10 days in shipping. The other two packages out of the 3 that were sent have already arrived. I am a little bit frustrated. No one really has provided me with any answers besides that there is a backlog at the customs location. FedEx is pointless and so has been customer service. If anyone can share their experience on the matter. I don’t know if I should tamp down my expectations.

Not sure if it will make you feel any better but my Core One Kit has been stuck at CDG for 9 days now. Arrived there on 12/4. It has arrived, left and returned their every day since then. The 2 smaller packages with filament and buddy cam arrived several days ago. Fedex has been no help at all. Not sure what else to do except just wait (not so patiently).
RE:
Fedex is a distaster, I'll pay the extra for DHL going forward. Half my C1l order has been to Memphis, then back to Belgium, now back at Memphis 16 days in travel so far, another package took a fews weeks to finally move. 1 of the 2 boxes for the C1l, somehow arrived. Fedex and Prusa have been useless. Prusa should not be offering fedex at this point.

Update: Evidently all it took was me whining on the internet for it to actually make progress. My kit has arrived at the FedEx facility in my home city and should be delivered tomorrow.

I don't think one carrier is any worse than another. I had a UPS package bounce between the same 2 cities 10 times for 2 weeks before I was able to stop it.
RE: FedEx Order stuck at CDG
My package is out for delivery today. On Friday I spoke to the only person at FedEx that seems to like her job, was willing to help, and was honest enough that even though she said something I might not like it felt like it was truthful. She told me that the package was just waiting to board a flight, and there were no issues that related to customs. Then on Saturday, the package finally said that it departed. Since the package arrived at CDG I monitored all outgoing flights to Memphis. During the week FedEx operates 1 to 2 flights leaving CDG leaving at around 20:55 (14:55 EST) and 06:20 (00:20 EST). Then on Saturdays it will operate 4 flights starting at around 20:00 (14:00 EST) and another 2 more on Sunday following the same weekday schedule. The package having arrived at CDG on the 4.12.25 and leaving on 13.12.25 I am willing to make the assumption that international economy packages bound for the US will make their trip on one of those 4 Saturday flights. I do not know if FedEx prioritizes packages with more expensive shipping during the weekday flights. I did run into the same issue when I ordered my MK3S+. I had the picture of the box on my phone looked at the ship date on label to compare to the time stamp on my phone and it was 13 days. This older order was also placed during the same peak holiday. So, for anyone in the US that placed an order during this peak time your arrival may be about 14-21 days. This is for packages that are in CDG. I did notice packages that are in Cologne or Grace-Hollogne have a completely different delivery time. I also do not understand what the difference with packages that contain printers that get routed through CDG.

If anyone has ordered with DHL share your experience with the carrier, or if you ordered with higher priority through FedEx was it any faster.

Depends on where you live. In the US, getting packages from FedEx Europe is generally faster and cheaper than DHL.
RE: FedEx Order stuck at CDG
For anyone ordering to the United States, I highly recommend selecting DHL One of the parts for the core one kit was not dimensionally correct and one of the bolts did not cut threads. I also ordered a roll of PCCF for any other thing that could happen with DHL shipping. The difference in shipping updates between DHL and FedEx is insane. The package starts clearing customs during the plane ride on the way here. It appears to be more transparent process overall. I know the price tag may be higher, but so far worth it.
