FedEx delivery delayed in Memphis? Anyone else?
XL shipped in 3 packages. 2 have been stuck in Memphis TN for a few days. 1 of these packages has this tracking note:
"Clearance delay - Import -- Shipment requires importer's registration/identification number for clearance. (Examples include EIN, SSN, VAT, GST, RFC, etc.)"
The 3rd package is still with FedEx in France.
Is anyone else currently having this issue? Any remedy?

Within MINUTES of me posting here - and before it passed moderation - I received an email from FedEx referencing the Prusa order by name and explaining that I needed to register with CBP. FedEx sent the CBP form in docusign format to fill out. Pretty much had to give my name, SSN (as an individual), address, etc. Was easy.
Had it not been for the few days of delay I would say that FedEx was really on the ball.
Now I wait, again.
