hi forum i just bought a new Prusa XL with two nextruders.

Im having a error on one of the fans on one of the nextruders when i try to do the first start-up configuration.

both fans spins on the nextruder, but display says error on one of them fans..

Need your guys help as prusa don't reply to my question on email

The Prusa XL is brand new

Prusa support will reply to emails eventually, but it can take several days. (Which is not great, but currently the reality.) If you can find the time to wait in the queue of the online chat, that's the much preferred way to approach the support team. Not only will you get a first response faster, but you can also have a dialog in real time -- there will probably be questions, suggestions for things to test etc. That back-and-forth would get very slow via email.

Queue times for the online support vary depending on demand and availability of the team. If the system announces more than half an hour, I would cancel the request and try again later in the day.

The only thing that might speed the process more is to switch the two printheads and check whether the error moves with the part or stays with the dock.

Have your serial number and account details ready before the chat.  Expect to have to supply pictures/video files of the problem.  If you have a multimeter be ready to use it.
