Draft settings and poor inter layer strength.

I have recently changed to a 0.6mm nozzle and as a consequence have been experimenting with Prusament default draft settings (For speed). I notice the inter layer adhesion is poor. The model is not delaminating but under load, layers will separate. Is this to be expected or should I be changing some settings?

As far as I can see my 1st layer is good.

General guidelines are layer height up to 80% of nozzle size, extrusion widths up to 120% of nozzle size. If your settings are in this range, reduce cooling to improve inter-layer adhesion. If that doesn't work, bump nozzle temps until it improves.

Upping the temp to 225 from 215 seemed to help (hardened steel nozzle)

This effect is more a property of the material your nozzle is made of than its orifice diameter. Hardened steel is less thermally conductive than brass (what your stock 0.4mm nozzle is made of), so you need a little more heat input to keep the tip of the nozzle at temperature.

Glad you got a solution though.
