Downsides to using combine infill?

Hi all.

So the combine infill feature of PrusaSlicer is something I've used every now and then to greatly speed up infill printing times (e.g. for me using 0.4n with a 0.15mm layer height). However, I'm a bit hesitant to enable this feature on all my prints. It seems to me like using this feature is a no-brainer, is essentially halves the infill printing print times - Which leads to the question, why isn't this enabled by default? Is there a downside / negative / consequence of using combine infill?

Combine infill can be buggy for multi-filament prints.

Depending on what you're printing it may not save that much time since infill is already some of the fastest parts of a print.

Then not all layer heights really work well with it. Take the most common (or at least normal default) setup of .2 height with .4 nozzle.  A .4 height won't print the best with a .4 nozzle. Rule of thumb is what: 75%? 80%? of the nozzle size. Prusa defaults have a .4 nozzle maxed at .3 height. So it really only pans out if you're dialing down the layer height from the 'usual.'

If you can make use of the feature then sure why not, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a no-brainer.
