Download count resetting
Hi all,
I posted a new design today and it was getting quite a few downloads over the first 8 hours or so. Then the download count seemed to reset back to near zero an hour or two ago. Does anyone know if there is a bug/issue with the download counter at the moment? No biggie, but obviously this will affect earning prusameters etc.

This still appears to be happening.. the download count on my model has reduced by 10+ since yesterday.

It's still happening today, I added a couple of makes and got reduced prusameter rewards, contacted Prusa but still don't know what's happened. Maybe time to call it quits and stop uploading makes.

@Skilbo They changed the Makes reward system, probably because it was used a lot in a counterproductive way. Now the reward of makes is not 10 but instead 1-10 points, depending on several factors listed at the info page. For example if one posts a first make for a print it is worth more but there are several other factors.

Thanks Thejiral, I didn't notice that, now makes earning Prusameters slightly more difficult.

It is shifting the system towards what is actually beneficial to the database. The by far best way to earn prusameters is by posting successful designs.
There is still an alternative with posting makes but it has become a lot more stony, probably also because that makes posting was used a lot in a way that was actually detrimental for the site rather than beneficial.
