Customs/Import/etc fees into the USA for Prusa XL 5 head?

Can anyone give me an estimate on what the customs/import/whatever fee is charged when a 5-head XL is shipped to the USA? And what are the logistics of paying it? Thanks.

I think there was a larger thread somewhere but I didn't look that hard.

DHL emails you a link to their website to pay a thing. You click the link and pay the thing. If you pay before they have to hold then that's probably faster.

Just paid $157 to DHL. $31.67 (Merchant Processing) + $108.50 (Import Duty) + $17 (Taxes on the f**king duty).
