Customer service response

Hi

not getting any response from customer service.  Does anyone know of another way than email or Facebook messenger?

You can also email support at [email protected]. The average response time is 24 - 48 hours. The fastest is using the chat option in the eshop.

Hi,

I have the same problem. Many messages, but No reponse.

PRUSA customer service does not care about its customers. I'm very disappointed.

The web chat has been awesome !   They helped me out immensely during my build.  The wait times have been a bit higher than in the past, but that is not a problem because I entertain myself on the internet while I wait.  The techs were friendly and very professional.  When I needed replacement parts, the shipments were promptly sent and arrived in 3-4 days.

Look for the 'Chat now' in the lower right of the screen

When you click on it, complete the form. 

There is an email address, but that is best used for interactions that do not require discussion.

How to contact us

Make sure you have your order number, invoice, or serial number before contacting Customer support. In case you need technical support, make sure you have Photo and video documentation of the issue.

LiveChat

We provide full 24/7 English customer support via live chat, which you can find on the bottom right of the e-shop and the Knowledgebase. If it’s missing, make sure cookies are enabled or try using a private/incognito window.
