Chat support regarding printables voucher- looks like AI
So yesterday I contacted the support through chat regarding a printables voucher- I requested a 1 filament roll voucher only to realize there is also 2-roll option available. I contacted support through chat, but I got a strong feeling that I was chatting with an AI/LLM chatbot:
-replies came with exactly same delay
-when I sent multiple messages before reply, my EVERY message was answered (instead of 1 reply for everything)
-the replies to my multiple messages came all at once with no delay between them. 5 at once at some point
-those replies looked like they are answering my every message without considering other messages sent together
-I got two different answers, once that nothing can be done once voucher is activated (which it is not, as it's pending approval), second time The agent said it could try contacting the Printables team.
-when asked, Ive been assured that AI is not used
Because based on reply pattern and my suspicion it's AI I am not sure my question was ever forwarded to Printables team. I would really like to redeem 2-roll voucher instead of 2 1-roll vouchers as only one voucher per order can be used
