Do you mean the "Live Chat" button doesn't appear (the problem I'm having) or it doesn't respond when pressed?

Both, the live chat button doesnt work and the chat icon that usually pops up is not showing up on Chrome. I just used it last week, I thought it was adblock but that is off. I used edge and it worked.

Chrome also. When I finally got through, support said to clear cookies but that didn't work either. Never had the button not work as long as it displays.
