Changing Print speed using Prusa slic3r in specific areas of the same layer?

Hi - I am fairly new to using my Hyrel Hydra 3D printer (< 1 month) and have been working non-stop on the Gcode since I have an important deadline. However, I tried to edit, adjust, and write the Gcode in many different ways in order to get a nice print, However, I am still having issues specifically with the traces of both my part models. This is what I got thus far:

For the first part of the model (w/t Purple layer), what I am noticing with adjusting PRUSA settings and the parameters is that increasing the speed (as it is important since I will be using Silicone (Gel), I need a fast print in order to prevent the full curing process to be completed prior to being printed) helps with speeding up the printing process with solid infills, however, it does not help when printing along the traces as it is dispensing silicone as it travels from one coordinate to the other as shown in the video IMG_0 (1). Slowing down the speed does not help as it prints near the open channels/traces, and it tends to dispense extra silicone material and it starts oozing through the channels. Does anyone know of any Gcode built-in function that may be able to address this issue? Dispensing and Speeding up in solid infills and slowing down + minimizing the over-extrusion of material specifically near the channels.

For the second part (Orange traces only), I am having a similar problem, I am using a liquid metal that is very inconsistent when being printed at a fast speed. However, it is only printable at a low speed due to its native surface tension (Low pressure). It will only be printable considering the following process variables:

•No Dispensing pressure (0 kPa)

•Gauge 17 Needle = 0.34 mm (ID)

•Feed rate = ~3.3 mm/sec

•Bed-needle distance = ~.02 mm

Therefore, my only question here is whether there is a way to disable the extruder pressure completely within the Gcode, but simultaneously still dispense (via droplet method) liquid metal?

Any help would be appreciated as I have a deadline <3 weeks. Thanks much in advance. Here are my.3mf LT_VRJr
