Can someone tell me how to get rid of these?

I think this is either blobs/zits, or a form of a seam. I have tried to decrease the Extrusion multiplier, and flow, I have also tried using Cura, but Slic3r seems to work best. does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of them?

It's commonly referred to as Z seam, where perimeter changes from inner to outer perimeter, or where new layer starts. It's usually something you have to learn to live with. You can try and concentrate those to one line - in Prusa Slicer it's under Print settings -> Layers and Perimeters -> down at the bottom it's Seam Position option. You can play with these settings and try Aligned or Rear and rotate model around to get those to position where you want those to be for easier post-processing, i.e. edge or corner where you cut or sand those.

Some printer tuning can help to make those less visible, for example calibrating extrusion so it does not overextrudes (extrusion multiplier), linear advance, retractions, Cura has also Coasting and Wiping.

@crawlerin

Okay! Thanks for the feedback, I’ll have to try adjusting some settings to make them less visible.
