Can I sell the 3d printer I made using prusa printed parts and named it as prusa i3 mk3 in my country?

I'm not a Prusa user but a person who is interested in and support Prusa.
I saw some webpage that is selling Prusa i3 mk3 for South Koreans. I guess it's unofficial. They offer their own guarantee like repairs.
I've seen lots of Prusa 'clone's and all they are named and advertised as clone. however this item is advertising as using name of Prusa i3 mk3.
Is this legal? or are they an official retailer?
I'm not going to sell it though..

The design itself is open-source so can legally be copied and sold. However, the Prusa brand itself is (I assume) trademarked and should be protected in most locations. They can sell the printer but unless I'm mistaken, should not be able to sell it as "Original Prusa" and use the Prusa logo. Laws do vary around the world. I'd point the Prusa folks to it and let their legal team figure it out.

From my understanding "Prusa i3 MK3" can be used as a product name. But you can't call it "Original Prusa i3 MK3", use any brand logos/icons/images. And it should be clearly visible that it's a clone and is not related to Prusa Research company in any ways.
I can't read the text but the linked website appear to me as they are selling original prusa i3 mk3. Pointing to reviews of the original printer and are using the name on the front panel and most likely on other parts, too. That would be illegal in US and EMEA, can't speak for other countries.

What's fun in that "Korean?" ad is they claim to have fixed the Filament Sensor and improved Crash Detection and somehow also sense bad lamination.
