Brand new i3MK3S wont work

How do you get the god damn thing to start? brand new assembled "thing" and plugged the wretched thing in and switched it on, it does naff all!

really, insanely annoyed, i waited 14 weeks after paying in full for it and it wont start, the manual is crap too!

im not impressed!

Are you sure the power supply voltage is correct? Did you log into the online store and contact support via chat? You paid for support, so be sure to use it!

This is key "contact support via chat". They will walk you through the problem and replace any broken parts.
