Beware: Fedex deliveries = ripped-open packages since November
This post is to caution people about using Fedex to ship to the USA.
I have placed 8 orders with Prusa, since November 2023. All but two have arrived with boxes torn open and the contents hanging out. The contents haven't been damaged but there have been missing pieces (tiny grub screws).
All of these packages have been shipped via Fedex. And they intentionally try to hide the damage. They take photos with the damaged side facing away from the camera. They don't ring the doorbell. And so on.
