Bellus3D Face Mask Fitter for COVID-19
I am new to 3D printing so I am not sure how to make the necessary adjustments to make prints error free. I am trying to print Bellus 3D face mask fitters ( https://bellus3d.com/solutions/facemask.html) they give the directions and explain the support settings for an X-maker. However, Prusaslicer has a lot more options for supports. So I was looking for guidance and help from anyone who has printed these Bellus 3D face mask fitters, or from anyone who is willing to help!
The print doesn't lay flat on the print bed, just a portion does..so I am not sure what the correct support settings should be. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you

Based on the pictures, you should be fine with using "Support on build plate only" and the defaults I would say.
Just give it a try, but had good results with other prints using the default support settings.

One support setting to change from the default is contact z distance. The defaults have that at 0.1 which is too close and makes support removal difficult. If you check the label on that 0.1 is intended for soluble supports. Using 0.2 or 0.25 generally works much better.
