bed adhesion ?
I'm going to get an I3 MK3s but I come from other printers whare you need glue sticks and tape do I need that here.

What material are you planning on printing with ? PLA and PETG then absolutely no need for glues or tapes on the Smooth pei sheet or the textured pei sheet (although if you can only get one type then I'd go for the smooth).
This is pla on a smooth sheet that has been cleaned with soap/water to remove all oils and grease. The base isn't even solid as there is a hole for a miniature switch so the surface area isnt a lot but I've printed this part multiple times and its not detached once.
