Anyone heard from Prusa?

With regard for forum concerns, has anyone received an official reply from any Prusa employee?  I got one reply from J when I was reporting some of the early email exposures ... but that's been it.  In the rest of the cases where customers have expressed concerns or gripes, Prusa has been rather silent.

Have not seen anything. My hope is that they have a good backup of the old system and are working in the background to resolve some of these issues. Transitioning to a new system is always traumatic, and I'm willing to be patient. I do hope they recognize what a trove of user-contributed content they had before the transition and work to restore the legacy posts and images. I know a lot of work went into some of those.

Guys, please stop flooding with new topics in regards to the new forum. One or two existing ones are perfectly enough.

FWIW, I don't think there will be any reversion to the old forums.

Also, PR staff are working on the faults within this forum.  I received some fix notifications overnight.

No one here is asking for a reversion to the old forum - Prusa has their reasons for the change; but I am asking for a proper non-corrupted transfer of MY posted data to the new forum.  That really isn't an unreasonable request.  If that correction can't be accomplished, I'm thinking of asking for all my corrupted posts be removed.

If this thread belongs inside another thread, then as moderator, please move my post into the appropriate thread.

Does anyone know which forum software they are using?  IS it proprietary?

Joan, the picture you posted comes out as essentially unreadable on my screen:  the image is too small.  And when I try to click on it or view it separately, it still stays small and unreadable.  Can you post a larger screen shot?

If you examine the files in use in your browser: it is Wordpress 5.1.1 ... based on the many links like this:

href=' https://forum.prusa3d.com/wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css?ver=5.1.1 '

wp-includes is one of the Wordpress libraries in their download. And, checking Wordpress you see:

Priceless, and also free

Download WordPress and use it on your site.

Today I am able to upload, but the default setting is to NOT link images in the post to your media folder. This means users can only see the thumbnail.  Select LINK TO MEDIA when uploading and dropping images into the post so users can click the thumbnail to see the full sized image.
