Any opinion on Enotepad ABS filament?

Enotepad? ABS? Any good? Anybody used it? Never heard of it but it's cheap at $15.95 from Amazon.

Any comments?

Thx

You specifically said ABS.

My not very humble opinion is based on my experience having good luck with off-brand PLA and PETg, but sticking to name brand (Hatchbox, etc.) for ABS.

ABS tends to be a bit more tricky to print, so I would go with a name brand for ABS unless I saw some reliable feedback that the specific off-brand printed well.

When I need ABS I always go with Hatchbox, as I'm familiar with how it prints and I've found it to be consistent from spool to spool and color to color.  If Hatchbox is not available, I'll go with Overture, and if that is not available I'll cross my fingers and go with Amazon Basics, as I know that if it's wonky I'll have little issue with a refund.

I don't know the one your referring to but some of my favorites are Overture, Paramount3D and Hatchbox. with one caveat, and this probably won't effect most people, Hatchbox acts strangely when vapor smoothed, it gets a weird texture, but it prints great.

I really love the color selection Paramount3D has but they recently discontinued their clear, and it was my favorite clear in ABS, so if someone finds a good clear ABS I'm all ears.

Thx

I ordered the Hatchbox just to be sure.

Below is an earring pendant I did with Hatchbox ABS a while back smoothed with acetone. I've had great success smoothing with acetone both by gently brushing with a mop brush and also with hanging in a paint can.
