Any experience with Spannerhands?
I live in the UK and have a quick question about Spannerhands, who are based in Wales.
I wanted to switch to a filament supplier in the UK so I decided to order some filament, a couple of printed seals and a clasp for a spannerhands filament box that I printed.
As far as I know they have a good reputation and usually deliver promptly but it is almost a month since I ordered and I have not received anything. I have contacted them 3 times via email and twice via facebook without receiving any kind of reply.
At the moment my experience is disappointing to say the least, particularly because the do not respond to any queries about my order.
Does anybody have any experience with them?

You may want to reach out to Joe also known as 3DMN ( 3d maker noob) on YouTube. He is from Malta, but Spanner Hands sponsor his channel so maybe he has a better way to contact them..good luck.
