Access Academy Content?

Going to try creating a new topic to see if I can get someone's attention that might be able to help. Nothing else has worked up to this point.
I have the exact same problem as Jason had in the Academy Not Registered post (copied below) after purchasing and receiving my pre-assembled MK3S+

Academy Not Registered

After a long wait we got our MK3S+ last Friday direct from Prusa to Canada.  There was a sheet/QR code informing us of the '3D Printing and Modeling for Beginners (MK3S+)' academy course which looks interesting.  When I login, the 'Start Learning' is greyed out.  I emailed the Academy address on the course page on Friday but still no resolution or response, almost a week later.  Is there somewhere else to email/contact?

Steps I've taken so far:

  • Like Jason, I sent email  to request Academy access on 3/29 to [email protected]
  • Additionally, I also tried sending to [email protected]
  • After several days with no reply, I contacted chat support to request access/assistance and was told my email would be forwarded to the correct contact(s)?
  • After a few more days with no reply, I tried asking for help in Jason's thread from anyone that might know how to get access.
  • The following day, I received a Private Message from Prusa Research asking me for info about my account BUT subsequently discovered that I apparently don't have permission on this forum to reply to their private message. Bottom of the page reads "You are not allowed to write a message yet." (Screenshot below)
  • Today I am starting this topic in hopes that it might be seen by someone that can actually help (or give me a solid lead on how to proceed).

RE: Access Academy Content?

Update:

After initiating another chat session on the prusa3d.com site with support tech (Robert) and explaining the difficulty I've had gaining academy access, he followed up shortly after to let me know that my issue had been resolved.

After logging in to the academy website, I now have access to the course material.

I have requested a list of "official steps" that I can share here as this seems to be a recurring issue.

If I receive any feedback or instructions, I'll update this thread and hopefully save the next person a week (or two) of frustration.

Thanks again for your help, Robert!

Final Update:

Apparently there are no "official steps" to take when you are unable to access Academy content via your account.

The reply I received indicated that the recommended method for getting help is to use the chat feature on the prusa3d.com site.

One thing that MIGHT help is to request help via chat  between 9am-5pm CET to have the best chance of getting escalated to someone that works on the Academy site team during their normal working hours.
