ABS CORE One Print Issue
Hi everyone,
I tried printing with ABS, but it started to sag/warp at an angle and eventually got knocked off by the extruder.
I’m still pretty new to 3D printing, so I’d really appreciate any advice on how to fix this.
I know ASA would probably be the better option, but for now I’m stuck with ABS.
The model I’m printing is from Printables. It’s the “2021–2024 Chevy Suburban Traffic Advisor Light Bar Mount.” Normally I’d blame the model… but unfortunately, I’m the one who designed it 😂

I use a G10 surface for ASA (similar for ABA) it bonds to garolite and doesn't require an adhesive layer. Also for high shrink materials usually increasing number of wall and switching to a gyroid infill can help.

For ABS/ASA I usually use the smooth print sheet with a thin layer of 3DLac adhesive.

Great news! Gyroid infill did the trick. I reprinted it with about 15% infill plus Magig Glue for the print bed.

...beside solving adhesion problems, a "Draft Shield" helps too -> https://help.prusa3d.com/article/skirt-and-brim_133969
