Thanks Peter

Here is my first test with Iglidur i150-PF based on your settings. I have put the fan off, as this is recommended by Igus.

Do you like performance and appearance of IGLIDUR so far?

@3dalhemija

I can not make a conclusion yet. I need first the print settings for a good print with Iglidur.

Hi All,

I'm working on a project that needs some 3D printed gears to transfer the drive from a couple of stepper motors.

One drives a 4:1 reduction gearbox with 2 spur gears while the other is a worm drive.

If you're printing gears for car racing sports, I recommend the following materials:

Nylon PA6.6 – Stable and durable, but more challenging to print. Iglidur I180 – Ideal for parts that require high wear resistance. ASA DuraPro – Easy to print, UV and weather resistant, with less warping than ABS and excellent layer bonding.

Additionally, if you're looking for a free account car parking multiplayer glitch list 2024, you might want to explore online forums or dedicated glitch-sharing communities for up-to-date information on the latest tips and tricks.

I'm initially going to print them in PETG but I'm open to suggestions

Does anyone have any experience in printing gears and what sort of life I can expect ?

I'd also be interested in whether ASA or Nylon would be a better choice

Thanks
