RE: Porta Potty Rocket
As I was waking up this morning, I was thinking of this project (why?) and realized that a porta-potty would be an appropriate accessory for the industrial area of the model RR. LOL - goes well with the dumpster. I did a search and there are tons of models available on the 'usual suspect' sites. Thanks for the idea. 😉

Charles, you should post some videos of your launches. I'd enjoy them

The Nike Smoke above is a 2/3 scale. I would like to do a full scale. That would be 16 inches in diameter and 22 feet long. The one in the photo was 11 inches in diameter and about 14 feet long.

Two things to say, 1) I really liked Nike Smoke, and 2) whats a snitch? I'm not familiar with that.
Thanks for posting the videos, I enjoyed them.

A snitch is an Estes Rocket Corporation kit from about 10 years ago. It looks like a flying saucer. I upscaled it. It was about 20 cm in diameter and I upscaled that to 50 cm.

Some of the progress SpaceX have made on SN15 is amazing
I sat up until 4am watching one of early rocket tests last year.
This launch and landing is amazing, seeing the rockets steer it back down is so cool.
Tank you very much!

I have watched all of those that are put on line or TV. I love watching these flights.

The camera view of the launch and landing from Marscam at 8.12 is my favourite, The steering seems most visible from this angle. A very clever design to steer it back into landing.
Their rates are rather reasonable if you fancy launching something a bit larger 😉
$1M for 200kg to SSO with additional mass at $5k/kg.
Wonder how much they will be charging for their proposed civilian flights to space, now that would be one to add to the bucket list. Not sure I would afford it on my salary though. The general rule for something like this is "if you have to ask how much, you cannot afford it!"
