OpenRC F1

I printed Daniel Norée's OpenRC F1 car. Printed in PLA and PETG and NinjaFlex for the front wheels. The rear tires are store bought tires as the printed Ninjaflex version doesn't have enough grip. I created front tires in Fusion360 to fit the F104 rims and printed in NinjaFlex.

Painted with normal rattle can paint and clear coated afterwards.

The kids wanted the decals to look like a real F1 car so I was inspired by the Red Bull car (although I made it white instead of black). Decals printed on inkjet waterslide paper. I also mounted a FPV camera so they can drive it using video goggles.

Re: OpenRC F1

It looks beautiful.

I think I might have to print one... after a FPV quadcopter. 😀
