Looking for a new model
Hello dear community,
I’m once again in the mood for a really cool 3D model, but I’m feeling quite uninspired at the moment, so I thought I’d ask you for some help. Recently, I’ve been printing things like book nooks or RC cars—just to give you an idea of my previous 3D printing projects.
Now I’m looking for a more elaborate model again—something that stands out design-wise, offers lots of fun in assembling, and ideally surprises me. I’d also be happy if a bit of microcontroller work could be involved.
Thank you very much for your help!
RE:
I designed 2 things that use an Arduino, for which I also provided the code. An RC tracked vehicle with suspension and decent off road ability (using the Arduino for custom twin motor skid steer ESC) called the Dragontrack, and a select-fire Nerf blaster mod for the Protean using the Arduino to program the rate of fire. You could probably put 1 on top of the other, you just need to add a tilt and swivel platform 🙂 The Dragontrack is fiddly to assemble as I suck at engineering, so you will have a lot of fun aligning the components. A flywheel nerf blaster needs very strong skills to assemble so it it actually shoots straight. So again you should have some assembly fun there. (Although there are better nerf blasters out there, using full brushless motors with software controlled power and spin up; I do however think that you won't find a better tracked vehicle on priontables).

It sounds nice, can you send me a link?
